About Me

I’m Frances — a British-born performer and writer now rooted in the American South. At 49, I’ve learned that the most compelling roles aren’t always the loudest ones. They’re the ones that hold space for grief, grace, resilience, and the subtle shifts of an ordinary life.

My work lives at the intersection of memory, identity, and place. Whether on screen, stage, or the page, I seek characters who feel real — flawed, tender, and fiercely human.

“The best stories don’t shout. They lean in and whisper, ‘You’re not alone.’”
